 Your western adventure begins between 6:15 and 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday or Saturday night. When you arrive, your first stop is the Cook Shack, where you’ll check in, pick up your tickets, and take care of payment for the evening.

Then head over to the rodeo arena, find a great seat, and get ready—the action starts at 7:00 p.m.!

There’s something special about hearing the National Anthem at a rodeo. The evening begins with the presentation of the American flag and the singing of the National Anthem against the beautiful backdrop of Henry’s Lake.

Then our Meadow Vue Ranch Horse Camp participants ride into the arena to perform their mounted drill and show off the horsemanship skills they’ve been developing throughout the week.

Next, things get a little more western!

The action moves to the bucking chutes for exciting events including bull riding, saddle bronc riding, and bareback riding. Cowboys and cowgirls from throughout the West Yellowstone area join us to compete and give our guests a taste of authentic western rodeo action.

The rodeo generally lasts about one hour—and when the dust settles, it’s time to eat!

Start by grabbing a piece of fresh-baked cornbread or a homemade buttermilk biscuit before making your way to the Steak Barn.

There, you’ll select a fresh, hand-cut steak grilled just the way you like it.

Then keep moving down the line for our fall-off-the-bone Dutch oven chicken, famous Dutch oven potatoes, BBQ baked beans, and all the fixings.

And make sure you save room for dessert! Our staff will bring around warm Dutch oven peach cobbler to finish off your ranch-style feast.

While you enjoy dinner, sit back and listen to the sounds of The Fall River Boys, one of our favorite local cowboy music groups from the West Yellowstone area.

As dinner winds down and the stars begin to come out, there’s no need to rush away.

Stay for the dancing!

Learn a few line dances, try some country swing, or grab someone special for a slow dance under the stars.

With rodeo action, great food, live cowboy music, dancing, and beautiful views of Henry’s Lake, an evening at Meadow Vue Ranch is more than dinner and a show—it’s a chance to experience a little piece of the American West.
