Pay in full at the time of registration
$300 deposit and pay your balance when you arrive at horse camp.
Terms of payment are $300.00 (US dollars) deposit at the time of registration and balance to be paid at time of check in.(If you are staying multiple weeks that do not run concurrently then the balance of the fee is due at the first week check in for horse camp unless using a payment plan)
Rates include board and lodging, use of assigned ranch horses and equipment with instruction. Personal expenses, health and accident insurance and transportation to and from Meadow Vue Ranch summer camp are not included in this fee.

Meadow Vue Ranch uses Fareharbor to register camp participants and collect payment for camp.

Campers are welcome to bring their own riding gear and equipment, but it is not required. Meadow Vue Ranch has plenty of quality riding equipment available for campers to use throughout the week.
Meadow Vue Ranch does not provide riding helmets. If you would like your camper to wear a helmet while participating in horseback activities, please send them to camp with a properly fitted equestrian riding helmet.
Please make sure all personal riding gear and equipment is clearly labeled with your camper’s name.
Camp check-in is Sunday between 2:00–6:00 p.m. If you need to arrive outside these hours, please contact Meadow Vue Ranch in advance to make arrangements.
If your camper is flying to camp, please make sure we have their complete flight information before arrival.

Airport transportation can be requested and paid for during the online camp registration process.
Important: For campers departing from the Idaho Falls Airport, please do not schedule flights departing before 9:00 a.m.
Please provide complete flight information so we can coordinate your camper’s arrival and departure.
To help campers disconnect from their screens, connect with new friends, and fully enjoy their Horse Camp experience, campers are not permitted to keep or use cell phones during regular camp activities.
Campers who bring a cell phone must check it in with ranch staff upon arrival. Phones will be powered off and stored in a secure location during camp.

Parents who need to reach their child may contact Meadow Vue Ranch at any time, and our staff will make sure your camper receives the message.
Our goal is to give campers a chance to put away the screens and spend the week focused on horses, ranch adventures, friendships, and making great summer memories!
Meadow Vue Ranch takes every reasonable precaution to protect the health, safety, and well-being of our campers. However, the ranch cannot be responsible for accidents, illness, or lost personal belongings.
Alcohol, tobacco, and illegal drugs are strictly prohibited for summer camp participants.
A parent or legal guardian must sign the required release on the registration form before a youth may participate in camp activities. An additional release is required for campers participating in rodeo rough stock activities.

Please arrange transportation with Meadow Vue Ranch in advance.
Please notify Meadow Vue Ranch as soon as possible if your child is unable to attend camp as scheduled. We will make every effort to move your camper to another available week when space allows.
A $300 deposit per camper, per week is required to reserve a spot.
Please contact Meadow Vue Ranch as early as possible if your plans change. When possible, we will work with you to reschedule your camper for another available week.
